I am a technical, puzzle-minded individual who is strongly drawn to efficient systems and smooth workflows. I enjoy work that rewards awareness and urgency, and I find comfort in standardization and consistency.
My role with Optimal Delivery at Altitude introduced me to the operational pressure and strict algorithmic performance tracking required to sustain a company the scale of Amazon. The Prime-branded RAM ProMaster vans are equipped with onboard AI cameras that instill a disciplined, safety-first driving reflex. These routes run in every condition Colorado weather can produce, from heavy wet snow to 100+ degree heat. A typical route covers about 180 stops and 350+ packages, with up to half being multi-stop runs.
At Papa John's, my primary responsibility was the prompt and accurate delivery of pizza, sides, and drinks. I also handled restaurant closing duties including sanitation, dish washing, and cash handling. This role strengthened my appreciation for tuning a workflow through repetition to improve productivity and reduce errors.
Driving as a courier opened my eyes to the scale and complexity of logistics. Initially, my job was same-day, time-critical delivery of car parts to automotive repair shops and dealerships across the Denver metro area, including identifying, picking, and routing parts from warehouse shelves. I later transitioned to prescription drug delivery for residential Medicare patients, which required an advanced level of situational awareness given the sensitivity of the cargo and related safety and liability concerns. This role introduced me to the traveling salesman problem and the value of route optimization.
At Jimmy John's, my main focus was fast, efficient sandwich delivery, along with opening tasks such as POS setup and food prep. This job sharpened my skill in high-pressure time management and asynchronous task handling, as the nature of lunchtime delivery forced me to adapt to volatile, unpredictable workloads on the fly.
As a driver for Godfather's, I was responsible for timely food delivery and maintaining general restaurant standards. This is where I developed my navigation skills, particularly around Thornton, and where I built the customer-service discipline and food-safety habits I still rely on today.
At Waterway, daily tasks included cleaning and detailing cars to customer specifications, safely guiding vehicles into the wash bay, and keeping chemical and laundry supplies maintained. This tip-based role instilled a strong sense of urgency in my approach to work, a strength that continues to benefit me professionally.
Working the line at Brixx was my foundation for professional kitchen work. I learned the fundamentals of food safety and standardized restaurant operating procedures, from pan sizes to clear communication, heat safety, and emergency cleanup. This role is where I first understood the difference between customer service and simply serving a customer.
Pursued a STEM engineering focus with AP coursework, and maintained a 3.9 GPA throughout high school.
